Getting training for Manager position, Shiekha is a Licensed ECE, with 14 years of experience, including 10 years Supervising a childcare facility in India. Shiekha relocated to Powell River and began her work at our Centres in 2022. Shiekha is committed to providing high quality childcare and a fun learning environment, by providing a variety of activities to engage the children, helping them to learn and grow.

Kya is a Licensed ECE Assistant, currently in her 3rd year of her Bachelors of Education. Kya has been with our Centre since 2022. Kya is a fun loving teacher, who prepares a variety snacks and lunches for the children. She is also responsible for ensuring Natures Way is clean and sanitized, so that all of the children have a safe and clean environment to learn and play in.

Our outdoor play area is dedicated to a nature based learning. Built to encourage creative play and challenging the children both physically and mentally. This includes digging areas, play houses and riding areas.

Our centre is proud to provide healthy snacks and lunches focusing on fruit and vegetables and proteins. We are able to adjust to each child's needs such as allergies or special dietary needs.
